Very friendly staff and doctors. They make you feel welcome. The vibe in the office feels like your part of a family. They listen attentively to all your concerns and genuinely want to help you live well.
A Great Place To Be
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Not sure if I should book multiple appointments back to back to stay there longer and enjoy the atmosphere, but it is a great place to be and learn the nerdy side of why getting cracked is critical.

I Feel Very Welcome and Comfortable
I am so impressed by the front-end staff and how friendly and helpful they are. I feel very welcome and comfortable in the office. As a stay-at-home-mom, it is such a blessing to be able to bring my kids (and they enjoy going!) I love how my little toddler can sit on my lap while I get adjusted. As well, I greatly appreciate the flexibility to cancel last minute if need be. I appreciate how compassionate Dr. Anna is, and how she is willing to try a softer approach on my body. I've noticed improvements in my posture and frequency of headaches ever since seeing Dr. Anna. I am very thankful for Livewell Family.

Great and Comfortable Environment

Very In Depth & Thorough
Prior to Livewell, I tried acupuncture, deep tissue massage, massage and another chiropractors office. I arrived at Livewell and my first visit was very in depth and thorough. Previous experiences showed me that this was going to be different. I have had back spasms and back pain for 10 years. After 4 visits I notice a difference and I feel much better. The difference has been amazing and I can't wait to be more physically active.

Very Welcoming Environment
I like that the office is open to everyone. My first (initial) visit there were small children everywhere and everyone was patient and kind, laughing and smiling. Dr. Kris has a great sense of humor (not to diminish the serious nature of work) and, it appears, so does his staff, which in an environment where you are dealing with pain issues, is a positive in my opinion.

Feeling Balance
Being reluctant to pay a visit to an unknown chiropractor for an ongoing condition which I aggravated, whilst travelling, I was encouraged by my daughter-in-law to consider a visit to your family practice. Not only did I leave feeling balance, but I also recommended to my husband that he would benefit from an adjustment prior to our continued road trip. And he did. See you next time we are in Edmonton.
